We believe that our security professionals are the finest in the business and we adhere to a stringent selection protocol. Applicants undergo rigorous screening and interviewing. Only those who exhibit extensive technical and professional development during the training are considered to be part of Tactical Security Services. However currently we do have a large percentage of highly skilled employees with extensive experience from Afghanistan and Iraq who have undergone extensive training with the US Department of Defense Contractors in VIP protection, Fleet and Convoy protection and weapons handling, among other skills.
The company conducts a rigorous vetting policy that includes the use of all local resources that help establish a potential guard’s home village and general conduct. We contact Local Councils, Local Defense Secretaries, village elders and community Chiefs in order to understand an applicant’s background. We also engage the wider local community to help us with recruits of commendable character. Finally, we do conduct fingerprinting with the help of the Uganda Police in order to weed out wrong elements.
